Yes, we offer 3 alternatives how to provide cool down the water temperature:
1. Water cooling by automatic water refreshing (exchange of water in the tank)
2. Heat exchanger
Small circuit with a heat exchanger, pump and valves. The heat exchanger has to be connected to the chiller of the customer
3. A complete cooling system with a compact chiller
This description is valid for domestic test benches up to 35m3/h only, otherwise we have to project the cooling individually. There is a compact chiller with cooling power of 8kW, an integrated pump for circulation with connection to the test bench´s vessel by flexible houses. The chiller has stainless steel vessel. The system has an autonomous control unit => by switching on, the circulation pump starts to pump the water from test bench's vessel in to the chiller, depending on the temperature of water and the pre-set value the chiller starts the cooling. The chiller cools the testing water directly without any heat exchanger which is the most efficient way, however, the chiller cannot be installed outside, because it is not resistant against the frost. We recommend to install in addition (not included in the delivery) an extra pipe for exhaust air with a flap for diverting the hot air outside (summer) or inside (winter).
